Fees reflect program complexity — number of reward types, channels, and how clean your exports are — not a subscription to software. Figures below are starting points in Thai baht.

How estimates are set
After you describe the live referral program, we confirm the review window and export readiness. Clean, single-window exports keep fees near the starting rate. Programs mid-redesign or with incomplete reward ledgers need more analyst hours and are priced accordingly.
What is billed separately
Travel outside Greater Bangkok, certified translation of findings, and rush delivery under seven business days are quoted apart from the base engagement.
Deposits
Assessments and deep-dives typically require a 40% deposit to hold the start date. Quarterly briefings are invoiced at the start of each quarter.
