Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By requesting or purchasing advisory work from Dataroutepoint Co., Ltd. (“Dataroutepoint,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you engage us on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

Services

We provide human-delivered assessments, reviews, and briefings related to referral program performance tracking for app teams. Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are confirmed in a written estimate or statement of work. We do not provide software licenses, payment processing, or guaranteed marketing outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You supply accurate program rules, timely exports, and a designated contact. Delays in providing materials may extend delivery dates without reducing fees already due for work performed.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data, brand assets, and internal documents. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the written findings we deliver for your internal business purposes. Our templates, methods, and prior know-how remain our property. You may not resell our findings as a competing advisory product.

Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information shared during an engagement and use it only to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Fees and payment

Invoices follow the payment schedule in your estimate. Late amounts may pause ongoing work. Taxes applicable under Thai law are added where required.

Liability

Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue from referral campaigns. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued requests for work after the update date constitute acceptance of the revised terms for new engagements.
